Killed Cow King, Can't Open Another Cow Level

I finished Normal, and then opened the cow level. I killed the cow king.

It was my understanding that killing the cow king would no longer lock your character out.

I just tried to open the portal a second time and it doesn’t do anything.

sorry man… you got it backwards. Killing the king prevents you from making the cow level again on that difficulty – dont sweat it tho… level up by doing chaos diablo runs and baal runs. you’ll be fine.

Well, it appears I figured out what the issue was.

I was trying to use Wirt’s Leg that I got from NIGHTMARE difficulty.

I went and got one from Normal, and it opened up just fine. Sorry for the red alarms.
