I killed Bhaal and Tyrael appaers, but he does not open any portal. I tried to use a town portal and spoke with every character, but nothing happens. I save and quite the game. The last video is still missing and I do not know what I have to do now. Could someone by Blizzard please help me?
Did you create the game yourself? Did your character get the new title? Can you open the next difficulty setting?
You won’t get any help with that here from Blizzard. Just kill him again, it will work eventually.

So you can create a Nightmare game and it just kicks you back to normal? That sounds pretty odd.
With single player there seems to be issues once in a while that can really “brick” your character (means: can’t progress forward), like not having an exit from the underground passage. The only solution most of the time is try again a couple of times, in battle.net that usually fixes it. But for single player that obviously doesn’t work.

it’s better than it was in LOD. There he often opened portal above the abyss often times.
Not dismissing this bug, but the portal really only shows you the character title screen.
