During my Act III questing, I ran into an issue with Khalim’s Eye not dropping from the chest in the Spider Cavern. I know it is common for people to go to the Arachnic Lair, but I am sure I am in the Spider Cavern as I have killed Sszark the Burning at least 20 times and opened the chest trying to get this quest item to drop. I have Khalim’s heart, brain, and flail, but cannot finish the Act because this item won’t drop.
eer … Khalim’s Eye is not dropped by any monster. It’s located in that sparkly chest.
Yes I know, I kill the monster then open the chest
Well in that case try joining a random group who is about to do Act 3 and tag along until Khalim’s Eye. Usually there will be as many eyes as players around, just be sure to let somebody else open that chest.
This is on an offline character
