Yeah. These days it’s best to just play knowing that your time is not owned by yourself.
You rent it and all the things that come with it. Losing your items/time is just part of the legal agreements from blizzard. I lost all my items due to their issues and that is the truth I found.
Play safe and just think of it as randomly getting mugged at random times.
