This isn’t the first time this has happened, nor the second, nor the thirty-second.
There are many in-game scenery objects that are not interact-able by players that either cause the toon to get stuck on them (rat piles, crates, etc. - esp. Act2 tombs) and RNG generated map junk that puts enemy objects on islands separated from the player (along with any loot they drop).
I solely play single-player, offline, Normal and am regularly finding all the scenery junk objects interfering with normal gameplay.
I wish there was a console command to delete/move random non-interactable garbage scenery objects.

I can understand the lock-down on any debugging or console controls for any game that is online or multiplayer – but for single-player offline gameplay the lack of fixes for all the garbage scenery objects is problematical.
It’s too bad that their aren’t any game mods or community patches to fix stuff like this - I can’t be the only person that this has happened to with D2R.
