False. Not only is 10,000 FG worth almost exactly $300.00, but you could trade it to a willing buyer for that real money if you wanted to. Itâs not illegal to sell FG for money just as it isnât illegal to sell D2 items for real money, itâs just against the ToS of their respective IP owners.

If you took even the 10 minutes you suggest to understand the topic you would know this is purportedly what was said by the Maxroll legal team. Cooleyâs concern was violating his Maxroll contract if he broke a Blizzard ToS by using d2jsp. We donât know who the Maxroll legal team is or what they said, all we know is that they reportedly donât care if Cooley uses d2jsp.
The purported Blizzard response did not address Cooleyâs question at all.

There is a big difference between the site offering the option to turn fg into real cash and people doing it privately.
As long as the site does not offer such option, the site does not violate the TOS and you cannot punish the site for what the user does privately outside of the site.

No it is not the same. If you buy stuff into your game for real money in game, you will own it. If you buy FG for your real money, you dont own it. Owner of JSP owns the FG and take it away from your account whenever he likes to, or ban your account and you cant get access to it anymorre and you cant do absolutly nothing about it.
You can use FG only because owner of JSP will allow it but he cant take it aways any time he wants.
Technically no if you ever read any of the mobile game ToS, any in game item that you purchase remain to be the property of that gaming company and they have the right to do whatever they want with it.
Same thing for in game currency you can only use it as long as the gaming company allow you to make the purchase and/or to keep the game alive.

The difference is that all legal rights of diablo franchise are reserved to blizzard and this includes in game content monetization
Getting profits from blizzard game without being explicity allowed to do that is a legal violation of these rights

They dont have acces to my phone. They cant access my files until i allow it. Situation of FG is completely different. You use their site to use their currency. FG is useless without access to their site. That access can be rewoked on a whim.

You must have used jsp in the past, scammed someone and gotten your account locked. Otherwise, if you use the site how it is intended the odds of NJag âscammingâ you are slim to none.
