It’s an Assassin blade shield error.
If you swap before and after the skill after the recent update, the skill must be applied to be normal, but the reality is that only the blade shield image is applied and damage is not applied. Is the purpose of applying only the image?
I don’t think you know the moving room, but I don’t understand why you’re staying still.

Please elaborate more. What do you mean by “swap before and after”?
If you want to know if Blade Shield does damage: create a normal game, turn Blade Shield on and walk up to the critters outside of rogue camp. They take damage / are outright killed just by getting close to the Blade Shield.
