Items obtained before the server got a bug are gone. I took a picture of this and I have a way to prove it. This item’s name is Mara’s Kaleidoscope, and the options are +2 to all skills, +5 to all stats, and 27 to all resistances. Please restore it again.

Sorry to hear about your great find and terrible loss. I lost many items due to a bug and this is what blizzard ended up telling me.
