Today i was playing D2R and had all my items on my Character “Roxy”, i left the game open for about 20-30 minutes and when i came back and login into my character i had the Helm - Shako and weapon Heart of the Oak missing. I looked on every other character and they arent anywhere. I did NOT remove them from my character I always had them equiped. Please help me

That’s a bummer to hear.
Unfortunately blizzard won’t take any responsibility… so your items are just gone gone. Other people have been having the same issues as well… I myself lost everything and asked them for help or a refund. Was told no to both…
Now I’m waiting for ladder S1… and hoping these issues are fixed… cause it’s just devastating when this happens cause of a bug on their end.
