Items in Inventory keep going missing

Everytime I refill the Identify and portal tomes, next game the books are gone. Now my charms dissapeared with the tomes. I want my charms back. Support needed.

I just recently got the same issue as well. High end inventory went missing. Please fix this game… Even though you want to create new games to generate $, you have to understand that this is still the best game you’ve came up with in your existence.

These were all legit items, about 1000 hours of time just poofed.

Fix the only game you made worth playing already! Give me back my items. While you’re at it, you may want to police botting and RMT, its killing the economy. Somehow I know I’m screaming at a wall and the helpless nerd on the other side wont do anything…

Only High End gear goes missing? Sounds suspicious. Ever thought about changing your password?

Hi

I have simular problems, many of my rings and amulets are disappering, it has happend on two different accounts and 3 different chars, I have change password, and they still disapeer, I suspect a an old Dube sweep running and if the names are to simular it removes them, Blizzard please take this seriusly, I have lost to many good quallity rings and Amulets.

I also have this issue. Charms just dissappear, both from inventory and stash. My identify tome also dissappears from inventory. How can we our items back?

Blizzard will do nothing and if u keep at them u will get suspended 15 years of gear in LOD gone all hybrid and gozu gear buzzards dont care

same happened to me. I lost 3 times now. Everytime my sc and torch in my bag lost. I have already sens the ticket.

Hi i know this is an old thread, but i recently encounter this, i max 100 jewels in the primary stash and relog. a few was missing. i find it strange. i refill the missing ones to 100 again. and relog. both attempts some jewels where missing. please help!

I can echo this. Happens when moving items from inventory to cube and stash. Lost HRs due to this.
