Hey all - not a huge issue for me I guess, but I died a few times in a game, had a couple corpses sitting on the ground, picked up one of them, couldn’t get to the rest, just started a new game.
Anyway - my offhand item - a Skull Collector MF staff - was just gone. Poof. Don’t know if anyone else has experienced similar, but there it is.
I had the same problem with my sorceres Witch… but my corpse get only chest armor and everything else is gone… it happend just now
Yeah. It sounds like you might have experienced the normal/expected result of d2 corpse collection… Though the end result is the same. You lost your item(S). Many of us have lost stuff caused by bugs in the game which are not part of the mechanics.
After talking with blizz this is what they told me about restoring items/characters that were deleted by any means… even if blizz deleted them.
So sorry to say… But those items are just gone gone.
