Yeah… Unfortunately they won’t restore any items… Even if they are lost caused by a bug of theirs. I lost all of my stuff and talked with blizz. No refund… and no item/character restoration… even if it’s caused by a bug on their end. Very heartbreaking knowing that you can just lose some or all your stuff without warning… Here is what blizz told me.
