Yeah… I feel your pain and anger. I lost all of my stuff because of a bug caused on their end. I spent days going back and forth with them only to find out that if it’s gone… it’s gone and they will not do any restoration of items or characters… even if it’s caused by their own mistakes. Hard to play a game like this that can punish you so bad at any moment…
