I feel like the White and Unique items are very similar in color. Very hard to see when a Unique item drops. Would be good to fix this in a future patch.

I agree but for me it’s the unique and rare items that are very similar. Wish blizzard would implement an item coloration setting for use to alter to our specific needs.
