Crafted x25 Blood Amulets today 09/30/2022 under live patch 2.5. on a level 91 Assassin. x24 spawned with the expected number 7 properties and x1 spawned with 8 properties. All known documentation states that these should have ALL spawned with 7 properties. An unedited screenshot can be supplied upon request.

i just rolled multiple ilvl 74+ rings with only 3 extra affixes instead of 4
can you post the stats on the amulet? to make sure it wasn’t one of the combo affixes like ar/light radius
