when playing the game i blue screen and pc reboots self. only happens with d2r other games run great. this issues randomly started 2 days ago. things i have done are update drivers, uninstall driver via ddu and reinstalled. checked temps to make sure I’m not over heating, delete all driver info from regedit to reinstall fresh driver install, downgraded from windows 11 back to 10, swaping pc parts. at this point i have no idea why this issue is only with one game. and it not like the game crashes it a full system reboot. anyone else having this issue? below are my spec.

ryzen7 3700x
32gb ddr4 ram
samsung evo pro
asus rog gaming f b550 chipset.
EDIT: this started with the new patch.
BSOD is usually some format of “hardware failure/confliction” that could be any number of components and coding not working together properly. I suggest submitting a ticket and having blizzard look at your crash history to get a better idea of whats really happening.
is your cpu possibly overheating?
i crash often but never a full reboot.
*nvm just saw that it doesnt happen in other games.
thanks for the reply. i did go ahead it and did do a ticket. also temps are in the mid 40 c range. custom loop. its also not a bsod like there is no log of it in the event viewer.
Take a look in the event viewer. Also, I believe Windows writes a crash log somewhere, which you might want to look at to see what is crashing.
I would check for a bios update at this point. Game is pushing the hardware so more chance to failures if unpatched. If not make sure there’s no software/hardware issues like gaming mouse/keyboard and their software or UI related stuff (those tend to only crash the game tho).
i got it fixed. it was my wifi driver not playing nice with the pcie bus. it was just making the pcie items all weird. was thinking it was just d2r but it was not any online game had issue. offline games worked fine. but pulled out the network card and removed the drivers fixed the issue.
issues back. now i getting some weird driver error in event viewer. and rebooting like 30 secs into game. still only game im having this issue with

so i got it fixed. it took a full reinstall of windows. got to love amd drivers.
Have not had a single crash since launch. No disconnects, either.
