That is the Fool’s affix, usually a big item to get on spider sin claws. Not sure about the value of your javs though, sorry.

If it is +6 jav skill + 40 ias you will get ton of bers for it. Unfortunately it’s only +2.

Can rares drop with 6 skills?? I thought only blue… o well…
