Is there a way to change game graphic settings without login?

I’m trying to make my friend pc run the game but it crashes on launch. It’s suppose to run it, barely… but I think it needs everything cranked down

It’s dumb that there is no way to configure the game settings in bnet launcher like we can do in steam

Are there tricks to do it? -w seem to not work anymore

I have the same problem. Need to change graphic settings in bnet launcher. Do you solved your problem?

It is here, but no clue if that will achieve what you want.

C:\Users\username\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\Settings.json

Just r-click->open with->notepad
