Is there a skill calc website?

Is there a website where you can see what skills do on the skill-tree, before you buy them?

Like in Titan Quest, there is titancalc-com
Where you can click the skill, and see the stats. add another skill level and see the stats again, and see what kind of improvements it does.

I use maxroll.gg planner, it has stat & skill calculators you can play with.

I just go online and type d2 resurrected class calculator.
I get Diablo-2 net/skillcalculator. There is a . between the 2 and net.

the Diablo-2 one is nice I’ve used that for a long time, but maxroll just takes it with the ease of designing everything down to gear and saving your plans.

If you just want to see the stats of all the skills up to lvl 20, Arreat Summit (http://classic.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/) has the listing, but the build planners others listed above are likely going to be a better option for most situations.
