Blizzard will not discuss disciplinary actions here in the forums. You can submit a support ticket, or you can try to appeal the account action.

I worte a 2 tickets but both answers didnt give me details. how do i get a detailed reason for my ban? Dont i deserve one? I streamed all my games so i wonder how i was cheating
They will not go into specific details on what triggered the ban. They will only give a broad category of what the infraction fell under. You should have received an email which your Blizzard account is registered with.
An example reason why: If they were to share specific detailed information about what caused the ban, lets say for running a bot, that information could be used to make the bot undetectable again.

The only thing they wrote is: exploit
I traded on d2jsp and it was visible on stream. can that trigger a ban? if yes i shut up
I have no idea of the full scope of what they are enforcing. I do know they recently cracked down for usage of maphacks and bots.
Using D2JSP allows users to have purchasing power right at the start of a ladder, so it is an unfair advantage versus those who do not use D2JSP. However, I have no idea if they are cracking down for usage of D2JSP.
I just hope they would tell me: Yes it was because of d2jsp. and not because i ran travincal 4.4k times
because i maybe want to start over again next ladder and im afraid IF it was because of the travi runs. annoying that i cant get the details
The speed or quantity of your runs won’t trigger Warden. It would in old d2 trigger a lockout based on creation speed but that’s it.
I don’t see it being d2jsp even with streaming evidence, I don’t think it would be called an exploit even if it was bannable.
If you ran mh or anything else even for an hour, the ban wouldn’t be immediate, it would be logged, checked, and put on the next wave.
You can contest the ban but they will never say exactly what got you.
all i know, is that when people get banned, they claim all sorts of things on their keyboard…
but we know they do not ban for jsp. so you can cut that out.

Steps to do:
1-ask them why you got banned (in a support ticket).
2-wait their answer (100% of times they say the next-> i will not tell you, you got banned)
3-if you are 100% sure you don’t cheated or used anything against the rules do the next.
4-ask them again that they show you proof that you did something bad or you will be forced to “go to police” for breaking the contract when you bought the game.
5-if they continue without telling you, go to police and report them.
6-Enjoy your free money provided by blizzard when you win the judgment.

I don’t think most people realize that asking a blue to answer your ban inquiry on a forum is like asking the U.S Secretary of Education. Never mind the fact that even if you got the right “blue”, it’d be like asking the Director of the National Security Agency to explain your parking ticket…
But, so do regular trading, friends donating gear, quests, rushes, boosts…
If they have mentioned “exploit” in the email then we need to think what the exploit may be. Skipping quests maybe ?
Only Blizzard and OP knows what happened. Us theorizing about what happened is pointless.

Interesting the ban is for an exploit, not a hack or bot or something. I would think if it was a software or warden thing, they’d call it a hack. I have no idea what the form letter says when botters get banned tho. Maybe it always says exploit?
If not, then what exploits are there? Maybe he accidentally duped something?
This is a civil matter and the police are not involved.

Yes I am thinking along the same lines, what exploits do we know of ? I know of none 
exploiting trav hork runs? that would honestly be hilarious if you got banned for JUST running trav. hoooo boy.
It’d be even funnier if Warden works hilariously bad with D2R and there were massive false flags.
I mean that satirically, not so much laughing at the misfortune of others.

Thats the problem. I dont know what happened except of the word: Exploit
i dont want them to unban me if im guilty but i dont want to be banned for fals reason.
The only thing (in my knowledge) i did that could trigger the ban are:
- Trading on stream on jsp/traderie
- Abusing ww broek offhand bug
Thats it.
I streamed all my content which is:
- 3300 travincalruns on horker
-100 Pit runs on Necro
-100 Diablo runs on Necro
-920 Travincal runs on Barb (didnt reach the 1k anymore)
Ofc i can write alot when the day is long BUT i was streaming it. (Vods slowly fading tho)
If you guys get banned, for sure you want to know exactly why. Except you were cheating, would a cheater really ask why he got banned?
