I’m looking for +2 Assassin skills or +3 trap skills with pluses to Lightning Sentry and any of it’s synergies.
I’m currently level 79. Is there a best level to shop at Anya that would eliminate some prefixes I’m not looking for?

Not really, if you want to get the +3 traps/+2 assassin mods you’ll need to be at least lvl 55 for +3 traps and lvl 45 for +2 assassin skills:
shopping: ilvl = clvl + 5
and all skill mods are available on claws after lvl 36.
What you can do though, is use an assassin and set your dext and str to 55. This will make it so any of the normal level claws can be equipped, and you can ignore them since they can’t have skill mods. The exceptional/elite items the vendor might spawn can not be equipped, so they’ll be easy to notice and you can check only them to save some time. It’s gonna take a long time though.

hmm why ? I see the affixes are ilvl 60 meaning you need to be at clvl 55.
I don’t remember why I said 75; I was probably just answering the question off of memory and made a mistake. My main point I wanted to share was the concept of using a sin with normal gear stat reqs met, but yeah, I got clvl/ilvl wrong
Edit: figured it out, I referenced d2planner. I think their info is incorrect, for some reason D2planner says:

but I agree with you; arreat summit/amazon basin say:

+2 assassin = ilvl 50
