just found one and saw a sorc earlier doin a godly amount of light dmg wearing this… was it niche or pple look for it?

How many tomes does Lazurus have in Diablo 2? There’s one in Act 1, He has a tome at the Summoner, I’m assuming he has another in Act 3?
Let’s buff Spire Of Lazarus. He is one of the most epic characters in the Diablo universe. His spire is a two handed staff. It should be for powerful glass cannon mages that don’t hide behind shields.

No not really because 2 hand staff are generally outmatched by orb+ shield, or even just spirit+sigon or lidless
Mang Song’s Lesson and Skull Collector are the only sought after staves that arent used for a normal build, its just cause they are hard to find.

Heh, I didn’t realize Mang’s Song was a +5 two handed staff with some decent attributes on it. I guess their original intention was for it to be a powerhouse item as a tradeoff for lack of shield.
We should be asking them to buff Mang’s Song along with Tyrael’s.

its cool but your still better off with a spirit shield and what ever wand you want like an occy, finding Mangs Songs Lesson is like finding Tyraels Might. Ive never even found a an archon staff let alone even a rare one.Ive found plenty of sacred armors.Its probably more rare than tyraels might lol
the summoner is actually the sorcerer from diablo 1 that went bad cause of diablos soul stone

for 18-24 its nice for a newb sorc thats a lightning sorc
but at lvl 15 you can get orbs outmatching it easily(just not likely to find 1 of those easily though…even with a high lvl hard farming
+1 light skills +3 to lightning 10% FCR + Sig Shield(+1 skill)(total of 5 Sp to Lightnig
lvl 25 Spirit Sword is the uncontested weapon…2 skill…25-35% fcr…55% FHR…unbeatable untill like Hoto or some high quality unique orb…but you loose fcr speed if u go for orb as well as the mad FHR

to put simply
+35% not from spirit so
1 spirit(55%) + 35% = 90% fhr(86% BP reach)
2 spirit(110%) + 35% = 145% fhr(142 fhr bp reach)
now do you need 142% or 86% is plenty already ? 86% is plenty and you should not be stun luck with that amount…though Spirit Sword is still the best caster weapon at low lvls range ;)…at lvl 55 is where it Shift at earliest(Hoto lvl 55 req…Spirit Monarch Shield lvl 54 req)…there the Occy Option you could pair at lvl 54…but Occy is kinda…suicide…can teleport you to ur death XD
Spirit Sword + Spirit Shield should last you for a good time untill ya can upgrade your weapon to something better
