Is my craft wrong?

I have a Sturdy Full Helm of Nova Shield (blue name, 30 Def 12% cast lvl4 Nova when struck), a Perfect Ruby, a Ral Rune and a Jewell of Carnage (+13 to maximum damage)
When I put inside all of these in the Horadric Cube, and click transmute, nothing happens. I was read that the formula to make the Blood Helm is this. What I’m doing wrong?
