Is Mosaic for ladder only or can you make it on regular mode too?

Offline:yes. Non-Ladder:not yet (maybe S5 brings new RWs ?)

Creating the runeword, yes currently still ladder only.

But you can buy/trade for it in non ladder as last ladder got flushed into NL

I know this is a bit old but what assassin changes are in non ladder and sp right now? Is the -resists on traps like griffin eye working? Mosaic rune word is?

It’s very hard to keep track of what changes are where. I haven’t played the last few ladders.

I wanted to make an assassin but I want the -resists on traps to work

Mosaic cant be made but you can trade/buy from ones made in ladder last season. Offline is not available at all.
