I heard phase blade is a good choice for this but I do not recall ever seeing a 6s phase blade. Maybe it’s because I only use 3-4s runewords so I never looked. Anyway, Is this worth it because I have most of the runes I just need a couple of the lower ones.
60s phase blade can drop, it is possible. Only classes I know of for Last Wish use are smiters and maybe frenzy barbs? Use a Colossus blade for Barb I think. Phase blade for everyone else.
I have a tesladin and a dragondin in non ladder. They both use zeal so I was thinking it might be fun to use it for whatever reason. Also because I hvae never own one before.
They are both elemental based (Light/Fire) , Last Wish’s life tap proc wouldn’t really help for either of those. You may want Crecent moon for telsa, not sure what a fire equivalent would be for dragondin. Probably Pheonix/ Hand of Justice, or just a straight 60s sword with those unique -% res/+% ele damage gems in them.
Best use case is probably an act 5 with 2 of them. GL with that though. 
Yes, LW is great. It’s common for Smiters to use it for mass crushing blow and some of the other juicy abilities like lifetap which pretty much makes you immortal. I last used it on a Kicksin. They hit so fast that the crushing blow melted everything in a matter of seconds. Sin can do ubers this way.
just made one today for my frenzy barb, I don’t particularly need it but had a bit of a windfall lately so why not, general clear speed wise it feels as fast with dual grief on p1 (I play online), but it’s got a bit of everything, fade, life tap, massive cb, decent amount of mf, it just feels very safe and you can jump straight into uber without thinking too much, yes it costs almost three enigmas, performance/price ratio is atrocious, its mainly about having better quality of life on a smiter/kicksin/frenzy barb running uber, to me, its more of a bucket list thing.
Last Wish is only good on a Uber Smiter and Uber Kicksin. As for it being worth it, no in my opinion. It requires so many high runes and doesn’t offer enough damage for what it cost. Typically, you would want to roll for a 65%+ cb Last Wish for a Uber Smiter. LW + Giant Skull + Goblins = 100% cb. You can also wield dracs while using this setup too. Or I suppose you can use a lower cb LW pb but that would force you to use crafted blood gloves or Steelrends.
If this is for Barb, I would avoid any weapon that isn’t indestructible or at least has self rep… so LW in PB would be only option but then you gotta ask why you need it. LW has a lot of nice mods but is ultimately trumped by EBotD, EDeath, Grief and even EOath…
The damage is so bad in a phase blade… This is why it’s really only worth it on a smiter or kicksin, you don’t need the weapon damage but gain the other benefits. You are going to hit like 150 max damage.
For a Barb, using a CB will be somewhere around 350 max damage with one hand. It is literally double damage by using a CB instead of PB for barb melee damage. You just need to repair it.

Last Wish was designed for Ubers, farming exp from Diablo, Nihl, Baal and that’s all it’s really good for. There are better and much cheaper options for clear trash mobs.
I have a zeal/smite hybrid with a last wish in my Stash and a grief PB. Can confirm that Grief is superior for both zeal and smite. For the cost of last wish you could put an entire BiS build of almost any character together. Was a massive waste of runes. Wouldn’t do it again.
The item seems to be geared towards an uber killer such as a smiter or kicksin. But grief still outperforms it for a fraction of the cost. It is not worth it, and never will be.
I have a crappy rolled one that (was given to me, probably because it’s a super low roll) I use on my TeslaDin, which, is essentially a Zealot that deals lightening.
I use Grief 99% of the time.
I pull out Mr LastWish for Diablo, Baal, DClone and Ubers, which is also when I run Smite (have a Dream Shield/LW on swap)… for Diablo and Baal I just roll with my laying of hands, but, when I get DClone notification or am running Ubers I swap to my crafted gloves that have another 10%CB (and20IAS)… and am running GoreRiders with a bit more CB for a total of handy 87%… could have 97% CB with Goblins, but prefer the other mods on Gores.
Tesladin wrecks his Dream setup if he swaps to GFace, so, this is a great item to have on swap.
Mine is a 62% Crushing Blow, 334% ED phase blade… As far as LastWish goes that sucks right? Probably why my friend (who no longer plays) gave it to me… guessing he rolled a better one… but at the time i was too newbie to know what he gave me, to ask why, much less if it was good… or even how I should use it.
I will also run LastWish if I am playing with lower level/new characters who are looking for help… gives them lvl17 Might and I can stay back and let them roll the monsters.
it’s a really cool item and I am grateful to have it… having said that, I’m not about to spend the runes chancing a better one.
My Zealot/Smiter just uses Grief/Gface /Gores/Crasfted-Gloves(noted above)… he doe not miss having his own LastWish.
