Is it possible to disable item labels while playing with controller?

And only show them when pressing L1? It is very annoying, when in close combat and all the items do pop up while walking near them. I want them to show ONLY when I press L1, so after a battle I can look and see what was dropped.
Maybe there is a console command or something similar?

EDOT: Lol, just tried /nopickup with the controller again… did they change that for the controller? It now works exactly like I want it to be. Why the Hell did they not have added that option into the settings? For me it’s a game changer.

If you go into the options menu, under the gameplay tab there is an option for item display and you can set it to toggle, hold or timed. So you should only be able to see the items when pressing the L1/LB button
