Hi all, i was in Inner Cloister, and all went well, but i heard a sound of an item drop, but far into the distance, i was like: hey this is odd, thats impossible, it was really far away from me, and i was not in a fight or anything, nor was it my mercenary, so i played on and killed mephisto, and everything was dead, no monsters were alive anymore, and i was just chilling a bit, and in the distance i heard a gem sound : DING ! falling on the floor, i was like: omg ! AGAIN ! that kinda freaked me out, so i took a town portal and now while im writing this im in town in Kurast. What i think is that an invisible player was following me around, and thats very much possible too, since im playing on pc, in GTA 5, Grand Theft Auto 5 its possible too, even on console, please comment, and what are your thoughts about this? could this be modders in Diablo 2 Resurrected? EDIT: do note that a small flawed diamond dropped earlier, so its very much possible a modder took it and dropped it again, or his inventory was full or so.
Yes there are many invisible players to follow certain flagged accounts, they work for the government to make sure you are being a good boy

I mean, if you went from Inner Cloister directly to mephisto it would make sense that you heard the ancients break dancing in the far off distance.

It all depends what he was smoking, eating, drinking, and/or otherwise taking (one way or another).

Yes i think i hear them too after you sayin this, pretty sure it’s a invisible mod in my private game, i assume he plays the barb Horker, i hear all the time in the distance that ring drop DING and when i go look nothing is there, it’s so odd…

That explains perfectly why drops are maxed at players 7. There is an 8 player in the game already!
