I have found an ordinary grey 4 slotted polearm and tried putting an “insight” runeword - it failed, i would post a screenshot as proof if it was allowed. I have made another insight in a different polearm some time ago, without any problems, yet the last one i made turned out only as a socketed item.
whats the name of the base?

This just happened to me, thanks to this post I was able to realise what went wrong. Dang, next time I will know but I had my head spinning for half of a day becuase I couldn’t figure out what’s wrong
