I’m 99% sure when my merc has an Insight polearm equipped it’s supposed to give the affect of Prayer aura too since Meditation gives all of Prayer’s benefits, but mine definitely isn’t giving me any hp regen at all. Am I crazy remembering it giving hp too or is it a bug?
Edit- Maybe it’s related to Act2NM holy freeze merc’s stat page showing them having Defiance aura when you’re in Norm/Hell?

Are you saying it turns off the prayer aura or that it doesnt give the synergy that meditate gets with prayer?
If it’s turning it off, that should not happen. I don’t think prayer gives a synergy to meditate though when it is added by items.
Yeah I think it needs to be a prayer merc for it to give that synergy.
I think the auras display together, rather than flipping back and forth like the original game.
I’ve also noticed this with Barb warcries and auras. I can see BC/BO/Shout “outside” of the merc aura diameter.

I have an act 2 prayer merc and if I log out while he is holding insight his prayer aura breaks until I remove his insight, log out, make new game then I can equip insight and prayer won’t break.
