I crafted it, all was good, tried it in a few chaos and baal games, then I join a PvP game that was apparently made before the fix on infinity spear, and it just vanishes from my hands…
Now I made 3 new games and still no infinity… Great job Blizz!

at the very least you were able to craft it, mine was gemmed then out of frustration i sold it. Then I heard the news they were fixing it.
Turns out they did but not completely.
3 bugs in the code, fix 1 bug patch it out, 55 bugs in the code.
Yeah, I got to try it out in a few games, then I joined inadvertently an older game and it vanished from my hands…

The only other possible explanation is that the base was a duped base but that seems unlikely
No I think that its the fact I joined a game made a few hours prior to the hotfix that made it disappear.
They say to make RW only in games made after 6:40, but i didnt think that once the RW is made, it could just disappear!

You would think that they would have killed all the games lol
Honestly, rollback is probably the only way to fully fix it at this point, but imagine the fun that would bring too
Yeah, I guess it will either be a rollback or a ‘‘sorry dear customer, hope you can afford to roll another!’’
this is why you don’t rush trying new stuff after a few hours from new patch
wait for a day until everything stabilized

Well, I did wait until they said it was ok to do so…
I did not rush before they confirmed the bug was addressed and that I could safely make the infinity.
But yeah, lets blame it on the players for wanting to play the game…
