Amazon need to get attack speed and on top of that has worst FCR out of all class.
Barb is melee and has same FCR breakpoint as Sorc
Amazon should have Barb FCR as well.
Maybe not barb/sorc fcr but frames like pala/nec with lower bp

Conversely, it makes no sense that Barb has the same FCR breakpoints as the Sorc and should be nerfed. Barb is melee; imagine the tears.

Barb is so much a caster. The entire WarCry tree is casting.
