Inconsistent movement gives headache

Good day! I got same problem described in this thread:

So quite a weird issue here, which at first I thought was just a side-effect of modern graphics + the grid movement, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. Basically the issue is that moving the character with KBM (keyboard & mouse) causes micro-stutters and clunky camera snaps. This issue is at its worst when the character tries to move around obstacles, where sudden changes in grid angles continuously cause stutters. When my char is moving or running, all the passing environment on the screen moves smoothly for a couple of seconds then starts to be “choppy” giving me headache almost immediately and I can’t go on playing the game. After a while it get smooth again and then choppy again. The movement is very inconsistent. Fun thing is when i switch to D2 classic the movement is consistent and smooth.

Any solution or fix for that ?
