I can’t be the only one having difficulty seeing these tiny symbols and as I can’t remember all the monster’s immunities it would be really nice having the option to either make the symbols bigger or preferably displayed as it was on d2 originally. This also seems like a minor thing to (re)implement, so please either implement this or reason how on earth these tiny symbols is considered to be better than the original text format?
Really you just pick it up, it gets very easy to identify enemies weaknesses, depending on area, mob layout you can assume certain enemies are always immune to fire, like the shamans and the fallen are always fire immune, some archers of of a certain type always are lighting immune, really there are only 4 or 5 possible immunities and not too many mobs, good mercenary builds help with immune mobs that are immune to both your main damages.
Yeah it’s annoying, even on a 65” tv I can barely see them.
Had no idea what they even were in my first play through of the game.
I can say on my runs, I look less at immunity and just cast both spells evenly, I run a sorc meter frozen orb.
I understand that if you’re playing the game often that you get to remember the immunities for the various mobs, but I myself can’t imagine I get to play the game regularly enough to memories these. The present of the symbols must mean they were meant to be visible and I can barely see them on my screen why I would suggest that these were either enlarged or in text form as in the original game. This could be supplied with a function to enable / disable if its present only is in the way for regular players.
