I’d rather just toss on a dream and a beast and use bear sorc to kill ubers 100 times faster.
Yes bear sorc is faster of course but needs more HRs / needs GCs and other gg gear. The whole point of this project was to make an affordable Uber Sorc, all you need is infinity on this build and your good to go.
Seems weird to mix the words “cheap” and “infinity” in the same sentence.

So you using infinity (2 x ber) on immortal sorc is somehow more budget than 1 dream (1xjah) and a beast (1xber) on bear sorc?
I mean don’t get me wrong i love when people get creative and abuse game mechanics to make existing underwhelming stats useful, it’s a creative use of game mechanics. But please don’t get new players confused calling Infinity budget.
So let me give an actual budget alternative:
A wand with lower resist charges. This is the budget version of Infinity and can be purchased from wand merchants @hell difficulty.
Ask yourself this and I think this is my major point. Dream / Beast costs just a tad bit over infinity sure, but what value do you get out of it outside of this sorc? Dream is practically useless and beast is for very niche builds.
At least when you go this route and get an infinity to do ubers, the infinity will bring tons of value to other builds, opposed to a beast and Dream which isn’t going to help out much in other builds.
I won’t need any other value outside of this sorc lol. With no dreams the melee sorc is op at farming keys and boss runs. You can throw on some mf and go rare pack hunting. With 1 dream shield and 1 beast you then get to turn keys into organs and torches. Your logic suggests you’ve already given up on your char and intend to use the infinity elsewhere, but if the immortal sorc is so good why would you let that infinity go? What is any of the immortal sorc gear worth outside this build? I wouldn’t want to trade my dream shield because it makes my sorc kick butt but if I did I’m sure it wouldn’t take long to find a buyer same as beast and infinity.
Didn’t seem like infinity was needed, just would take longer without it.

Oh yeah love that build too! It’s a great choice as well, I feel a bit more expensive than this build as you need light gcs as well.
You don’t need any light gcs for melee sorc even in the dual dream setup. I use fire gcs very cheap and more benificial than light gcs. Lol after watching that video I can say easily that gear is just as expensive as melee sorc gear. I mean cmon tri res rare boots, 4os jewelers armor, 7 perfect fire facets, 2 wisp projectors I mean that stuff is not cheap.
I should have played the video at the end first, almost all of that was unnecessary and I guarantee a melee sorc cost more
