Demand a refund, Blizzard doesn’t deserve a penny for launching the game in this state for consoles.
I almost purchased the game but first decided to do my research, I will not purchase this game until it is fixed.
If you are displeased demand a refund and boycott Blizzard until there is a fix.

Not how it works sony won’t refund if downloaded it has to be a broken like cyberpunk was. IF sony takes it off psn then we can as of right now blizzard has nothing to do with consoles refund.

They better, Blizzard is the laziest game company there is.
That’s why you gotta boycott them until they fix their games to add some presssure.
As of right now I am not subscribed to any Blizzard games and have not made any recent purchases. If everyone can do that Blizz will feel the pressure.
For a lot of people here the matchmaking is working better than they realise.
Lots of people here are very far in the game and the wider player base is simply nowhere near.
We can tell this because both XBox achievement lists and Playstation Trophy lists only a very low percentage of people are confirmed as having completed Nightmare and Hell difficulty.
The further you get in the game the matchmaking may seem poorer simply because there aren’t as many players to match you with at this moment in time.
What you talking about? When I was on really low lvl I couldn’t find any1 either.
There are lots of people complaining they can’t find anyone to do Baal Runs and other end game stuff.
That’s got to be frustrating if you can’t find people at low level.
It sounds like they really need to take a better look at improving the matchmaking.
It’s frustrating that it’s probably going to have to wait until the first patch is certified and rolled out for all the console platforms.
I wouldn’t say they are lazy you forget they are going through a lawsuit right now beside trying to fix issues I’m not defending but I can imagine the pressure from us the community and the courts. One of the blue posted this coming week we should get a patch the pc got don’t know what they fixed
The patch coming out is for the bugs/crashes that PC already got patched. The game is still freaking great with or without a good lobby system… as of right this minute xbox d2r official club has 1300+ post for hell farming, trading, and new player groups. While I fully heartedly agree MM needs to be change along with a chat system added… boycotting or demanding a refund will not encourage them to work on a 20 year old game… they’ll consider it a success that so many bought it at launch and move on to diablo 4 if every single individual “boycotts”.
Well I’m pretty sure they can get sued over this. They essentially promised people a specific product and didn’t inform people that certain features would be missing on certain platforms. I remember some other company getting in trouble for doing something similiar and was forced to give anyone who wanted it a refund.
I don’t believe they ever promised those features to console. They said “the same classic feel”. I agree its nonsense that a in game chat and world chat systems where not added at the start nor a decent way to play… at this point blizzard is treating console side like second class citizens taking care of pc first… I have yet to see a blue comment on our issues

Has nothing to do with progress. I finished the game with 2 characters (normal - hell), its roughly 40 hours of gameplay, all games were public games and I never got matched with anyone.
Console multiplayer is simply broken, Blizzard should offer everyone a refund at this point, this game is trash without multiplayer.
Can confirm, I am now Patriarch status on my Paladin for clearing Hell yesterday, and didn’t match with anyone a single time the entire play through. The only other people I’ve seen are from hitting up the trade discord and people already on my PSN friendslist, AKA manually joining their games.
Has anyone from Blizzard / Support acknowledged or said anything about the matchmaking on Switch, or consoles in general? I don’t see the feature where you can find Blue posts easily within the thread, like on WoW forums.
nintendo doesnt allow refunds. i feel like i have been scammed.
When you go in consoles discussion it’s the top post you will see it a patch will be coming in the week we have to wait for sony Microsoft or Nintendo to verify the patch so depends on them to certified the patch that’s why some consoles get patches first
