If they dont stop this exploiting the LADDER is over and D2R

No one who is helping them is being exploited. They planned for months before doing this just their reach and ability to get people together far exceeds most. They’re still putting in the work and grinding unhealthy hours.

OP needs to get a grip. It’s a game and ladder is a contest and yes Diablo 2 ladder has always been a team effort.

You may just be the worst/most clueless diablo 2 player I’ve ever encountered. What in the world are you thinking? They aren’t “EXPLOITING” they’re getting donations and assistance with exp farm runs ffs. @Blizz take this ignorant asf post down ?

omg yes. the fix d2r needs.

the ladder leveling race was stupid then and it’s stupid now. ladder is about a fresh start and new economy. that’s what makes diablo fun.

Playing the game with friends is exploiting??? Working as intended I believe.

all i see is the LOUD minority trying to pretend that ladder isnt important, while i see the SILENT majority agree with me.

Literally guessing those disagreeing are likely subbed to these streamers exploiting the ladder.

Ladder cheaters ruined the season in record time. grats on ruining D2R’s healthy comeback.

Yeah 2 day ladder is right. I played when it started went to work the next morning when I got off work they were 90 already and just handing/throwing loot around. Ladder is literally pointless.

While they’re not really doing anything against the terms of service or cheating, I do feel like it kills the spirit of competition behind the concept of ladder rankings. There are only a couple of people in the running at the moment because they have a massive community boosting them to the top and handing them everything they could possibly need to get there, leaving anyone else light years behind. All of them top streamers.

It’s a trend that I am seeing more and more across a lot of games and while it doesn’t usually affect me directly, I’m not particularly a fan of much it tilts the game in their favor.

It doesn’t really ruin my personal experience with ladder, but it doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth either.

if you spent as much time and effort playing the game as you do trolling the forums, you’d already be lvl 99

This is exactly how I feel about it.

those streamers would still be well ahead of you and others even if they played like you do. they get payed to play games and can put way more time into it than you can. trying to find the spirit of competition in a game where you play with people online is never going to happen. ladder for everyone else is not the race to 99 but a fresh start where it’s easy to find an upgrade.

D3 has group play and a match making system.

Of course not.

It is imaginary. He also says he is the top of the Solo Self Found D2R leaderboards.

You guys are being trolled.

On multiple accounts.

Gotta help find that game they were in before servers went down. I think it was tombs-02 or something, apparently the experience was pretty good.

its not even that insane of an advantage. if they had better strategy for 1-97, they could be 98 without multichaos anyway.

stop trolling my thread. it’s exploiting to accept gifts in return for boosting and accept real money in trade for group boosting, and especially when real money is involved, which it is in every case for these streamers doing the race.

Blizzard has given their stance on trading real money for boosts.

MrLlama is not engaging in real money trades - which are against the rules and I have been VERY clear about. No matter how many accounts you post about it on, that is still false that the streamers are currently breaking rules.

Editing your post won’t prevent mods from seeing what you had.

You know this. Everyone knows this.

P.S. Reminder you don’t get to pick who post in threads on the forums  :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I dont watch twitch, I think the only D2 content I’ve seen was from Rikar? I think thats their name? some diablo news. I play the game my self, I dont watch people play it. I’m also a veteran player, been here all the way back from D1, to D2, to D2:LoD 1.07(the end of it that is, so basically .08).

The majority of players think this is exploiting? majority? on what, opposite day? get real. The majority doesnt consider this as exploiting, because we know better. we know ladder is, and always was, a team deal. you think there were players who hit 99 on their own? pfft, maybe like 1…that was a big deal to the ladder crew.

Hey I got an idea, go hit 99 by your self. stream the journey on twitch, to document it. Then at 99, invoke your bragging rights.

you neither, love.
