Ideas for future changes

I’d like to see some changes in future patches.

  1. Achievements for the PC version. Even more extensive than it is now in the console version.
  2. Ability to stack gems, runes, etc.
  3. Create a special panel similar to the PoE tab, where you can collect unique items and items from sets. Like - Path of Exile: Unique Item Collection Tab - YouTube
  4. Loot filter.
  5. Recipes for the horadrim cube. List with all combinations.
    EDIT
  6. Separate inv panel for charms

1- good idea. Why not.
2- nothing tooo bad but not for me personly sry (and this would make the controlls with a controller even more clunky in the inventory AND it would make the feeling over having much gems cheap…like in D3. one field for lots of gems…feels cheap.)
3- never thought of that. why not.
4- hell no
5- great idea, maybe in a inbuild …tome…book…library. Or explained from Cain.
Not in a seperate main screen. Then i could do alt tab instead.

for me the game is almost perfect and i dont need ANY new stuff.

Special currency tab stacking gems, runes etc is probably the perfect solution as in char equipment or other tabs it would still not stack so decision making and tetris is still here.

Could merge 1 and 4 imo.

Stacking in stash to a limited amount I think id be ok with. But I think people envision the stack maxxing out at 99 when it should max out at like… 3

5 is nice, but to quote a very famous man,
“don’t you people have phones!?”
Tome of D2 app. super helpful. drop calc, runeword list and inventory, cube recipes, breakpoint info and more.

I don’t think someone knows what a Loot filter is…

But no… I seriously agree. I’m at that point in the game where I’m not looking for, Grey’s, whites, or blues. So I really wish we had a Loot filter to make it so that I don’t see them when they drop while I’m out gear hunting. It’s just unnecessary screen clutter.

Why anyone would be against this is beyond me. Especially when it has 0 impact on them or how they play the game… my eyes aren’t what they used to be back I’m the day :joy::joy: people just be silly with all these, “keep it 100% original.” Like get out of here.

I’d like an in depth loot filter like PoE kind of where you can choose what you see and not from potions to sockted items and uniques/sets etc.

Would also love up to atleast 5 stashes per character to increase stash space

The entire purpose of the remaster was to keep the game the same as what people remembered and enjoyed playing, not turn it into a Diablo 3/4.

The entire purpose of the remaster was to bring diablo 2 back off of the life support machine it was already on. :man_shrugging: You say it’s just a simple remaster. Why charge $40 for a simple remaster? They literally charged new game price for this.

They only charged $15 for the starcraft remaster which was a true remaster… I mean, it literally had the word remaster in the name.

I enjoy finding a ton of items and now just giving away the level 5-30 uniques/sets to make room for the better ones and even then its piling up pretty fast a loot game needs more space tbh.

Because it’s still work and you should pay someone for the work they do to your benefit.

Do you routinely spend 40 hours a day for multiple years doing work for free?

If you want modern convinces why not just play a modern game

Get good then, controller is actually superior to mouse and keyboard in this game. There’s Zero reason to not be able to do inventory management with it, even less playing.

So why wasn’t the starcraft remastered team paid as well?

Why wasn’t the warcraft team paid as well? (Even if that flopped horribly). They literally made the game 3d just like D2.

Well, that’s in possible…there aren’t 40 in a day… However, speaking of free work… I’m a paramedic. I did well over 600 hours of “free” work in terms of clinicals, internships, certification courses, renewing said certifications, etc. So yeah, I’ve done a lot of free work.

Dam you really butthurt about having paid only $40 for a game that just came out. It’s all I see you complaining about since the game’s launch on the forums. Were you not going back to classic or it’s too empty there now for you to play it?

It’s a cheap price for the job they’ve done, then go ahead and go do it. As for Starcraft, it’s a 2D job on top of a 2D Job, it’s just HD, not quite a remaster, there’s zero changes and the battlefield camera has never been implemented in it and that was the one highlight feature of buying it. So yeah that job did not worth more then $2, which is exactly what did they with Age of Empires II definitive, same type of job. And they actually did a better job.

I don’t think you’re qualified to put a price tag on games to be honest with how you’ve been going on about. Sorry to break it to you, but if you hate, drop it. So in more common jargon, your take, is a truly terribad take.

who says that they werent?

40 hours per week. Obvious Typo is obvious.
