what are the 3 icons supposed to mean when making a character, theres no tooltips for them… ladder, perma dead and… classic? does it need to be on or off for classic?
if theres one thing i cant stand is icons that have no meaning/explanation in games
Hover over them and the text will pop up. They are the character types you can make.
Ladder, Hardcore, and Pre-expansion I think.
thanks, the second time making a character the tooltips showed up, i dont know why it didnt the first time. i guess its a controller thing
Guys how is this still not fixed as of today March 21, 2023. The tooltips do not show up when playing on a controller. I just installed this game and had to search for answers on google until I came upon this one. How hard is it to add tooltips for controllers? New players like me will have no idea what those icons mean. I know existing players will be like dude its just 3 icons you can find out easily but honestly I like blizzard because they have a certain level of polish in their games. Not having tooltips and just reading up on what things mean online is what I would expect from some other smaller companies not blizzard. Come on where is the polish?
