NM WSK3 is lvl 66 and Hell Blood Moor is lvl 67 so very believable

Grats North, people underestimate what can and can’t drop in NM, severely. That being said, the drop chances ARE worse there, but not impossible. Crack a (whatever it is you enjoy) and just keep smiling about it, it’s definitely rare.
