It shows me minimum level 24… i’m lvl 71 any idea what i can do? it’s really tricky to get through the game without a nice proper spell 
Perhaps you forgot to put a point into Glacial Spike and/or Frost Nova?
Blizzard has pre Skills u have to get one point in them. That’s why it’s called skill „Tree“. One by one to the end skill.
