I got a Jodrun in the hell cowbang around 11 p.m. on October 9th.
And the game suddenly stopped during the Act 4 Chaos Sanctuary hunt and the connection was terminated.
I couldn’t access the game for a while, so I gave up and logged in this morning, and the obtained Jodrun disappeared.
There must be a log obtained, but the item disappeared.
I took pictures with his mobile phone at the time of acquisition, and the photo record was 11:03 p.m. on October 9th.

Nice drop, however if it’s gone after logging back in… then good chance it’s gone forever. Many of us have lost many items and this is what blizzard told me about missing items/characters.
