A regular tiara dropped in hell which I wound up having to imbue in NM. (My hell one was used up)
I was just looking for an imbue that had +2 skills and was happy with it but didn’t even notice the last stat had happened until 1 hour later when i was trying to set some skills and couldn’t figure out what was giving it to me after 10 minutes of looking it’s when i noticed this:

Not bad, but certainly not amazing by any means. FRW or IAS instead of FCR, and str/dex along with the res and it would be godly.

Nice stats but zons dont need FCR and must stick to a very strict regimen for IAS breakpoints
Yeah i know, but for a character that doesn’t have an Enigma, the 25 charges on a teleport are great.

It can’t roll ias. And 20 fcr with teleport charges is quite nice before you get late game gear.

One of the streamers and I can’t remember which one said the best bases for imbue are diadem and tiara. So I tried it and the last two got me:
Rare tiara +2 Necro skills, +20% FCR, +35 all resists and some magic damage absorb.
Rare tiara +2 cold skills, +20 FCR, +47 lightning resist and other mods
Nifty way to jump over walls, I popped a tele ammy on my paladin because enigma is expensive. Can TP right to chaos now, no walking.
Just remember to not trash the diadems if they get crappy rolls. Use 6 perfect skulls to reroll them. Diadems do not roll lower quality mods with the perfect skull rare reroll recipe.

are you thinking about selling the necro tiara?
Not at the moment. I am using it on a Bonemancer. It’s is also useful on a non Necro build for the 20% FCR and generous resists.

You do the Charsi quest in Act I where you retrieve the hammer. Charsi will imbue any white non socket item with mods. Do not do the imbue until you have found a diadem or tiara in hell. It’s all luck of the roll.
