Just as the title asks, I forgot if you can upgrade normal items to elite or exceptional in pre-LoD or not. When I google d2 classic cube recipes the only things that come up for me are for LoD.
Are there runes in D2 classic? Do the recipe require runes?
Classic don’t have runes, therefore you won’t be able to upgrade.
I just didn’t remember if Classic had it’s own recipe for the upgrade or not.
