That sucks… I lost all of my items and after talking with blizz learned that there is nothing they will do about missing chars/items. Just have to play the game knowing it could be lost any moment… Poor UI implementation and not having confirmation of destructive actions… that’s just a set-up for fail. Always ask if a user is going to do something destructive like delete a character!!
I decided to wait till Ladder S1 and then go from there. Hope that the bugs are fixed… else wait some more… they won’t refund us haha.
