In act 5, I did what Malah asked and freed Anya. My quest log says talk to Malah and when I do, she thanks me but no reward is given. The quest doesn’t disappear (not complete) and when I talk to Malah again, she just says thank you again… and again… and again.

Same here. At one point she kept repeating the dialogue from defeating the Ancients and wouldn’t let me trade with her. I restarted a game and she still thanks me over and over again. No completion, no scroll, nothing. I had a full inventory the first time I spoke with her but not now.

Starting new game with the char doesn´t help. i also have space inventory but no reward.

Sorry, my fault. need 2x2 space in inventory for scroll. now it has worked

Same proble here, at Nightmare. Complited the mission in multiplayer. I have space in inventory still no reward.
