Solo, all comments must be in solo context. I killed an entire zone starting at 48,198. Finished that zone, checked exp and 0 gain. Did part of another, part of another, and another. I tested it everywhere, restarted my game. Would someone explain to me why this is happening? “If someone else kills,” nope, solo. Alone.
First, What level and what act. If you are <25 in Act5 Normal Or BEYOND, there is a massive XP penalty. Also After a certain point, mobs dont get any XP when your too high or too low level then them. See the wiki on the XP chart for more info.
Tested in all acts with a level 9, 1 and 15. 0exp gain over full zones, any. at level 9 I would guess act 2 might be hard. Most of these act 1 and 2 area’s would still give exp at this point. With only like firebolt my level 9 sorc can not handle acts 4+ which is where I slowly did not clear, level 9 with 1 spell, be fair. I cleared all of the zone outside the gate in acts 1, 2 and 3 starting at 48,198. I ended this run at 48,198. I died 0 times. Please do go on and explain this with exp differentials. Literal 0 exp gained over 3 hours. Be Fair, I said those exact words. I need a dev, because really I only mentioned alts and not just my sorc because I hopped on them to see and I got 0 exp on a level 1 named mule, he just cleared the zone last log in. So how?

What is to be misunderstood? A level 1 cleared everything but quests and did not level for testing reasons, did not even get to 1 exp. clearly did not full clear act 1, anything that would not be quest related for nothing. Fully explained, 0 exp on anything I play other than my 86 barb. He can gain exp. I am not saying someone else killed anything, nobody else in world. Online, my offline works fine. What is there to misunderstand? Stoney fields, dead, tower everything but countess. Do you know how much gold it takes to by force take something all the way to countess and not gain 1 exp? I killed everything up to her, including minions. Please only reply if dev. You will only get a reply if blue post. Because I was extremely detailed. Or they label it impossible to kill thousands of mobs at level 1 over many hours with no exp gain solo, as I do. Do keep in mind I am 1 blue post from never playing again.

The bug is me being unable to gain exp in game. Feel like trolling more go else where.
I am reporting a bug, you just threatened to have me shut down for explaining it. blocked. I think a dev is needed, 2 people put no effort into understanding this was a dev only issue. If you would not mind, all of this was screen capped and now I will start a ticket.

You are going to have to show screens or video proof of what is happening as it was just tested and works fine.
