I’d definitely come to the forums and give my piece of mind about it. If it’s something that affected the masses, then I’d hope that a rollback may be possible. If it was just me, then I’d grudgingly accept that I’m the (un)lucky one and move on.
I delete my ladder characters after the ladder is over anyway, so it wouldn’t bother me much.

For starters:
I’d change the password, as this would mean some ahole stole my account, and prepped it for selling to credit card warriors, or that he is using my account for illegal activity, seconds I’d contact blizz and inform them about the situation, i’m pretty sure they’d rollback my account, since i don’t play hc.

I’d probably just start the new ladders for the first few days and leave NL/PvP behind me
That was D2R release experience and a reason that game is still rated only 3.5/10 on Metacritic despite it being a very good remaster.
