Tried in summer 2023 to make a runeword with Hustle on a 3 socket weapon, but it failed since at the time it was ladder only until next patch and i wasn’t aware of that. Tried again recently (one year later) and still when i put in the three runes it didn’t complete the runeword.
Hustle is still ladder-only.

Thanks for your answer. Is there any info as to if and when it would be available for non-ladder characters ?
Basically there is a chance for each upcoming season plus the matching patch release that things change. Yet ladder-only runewords remain unchanged since patch 2.6.
