Hustle runeword in offline single player

Is the new runeword Hustle available for offline single player characters please? If not, can I expect it to be next week when the new season starts?

Btw, can I use it on existing offline single player characters after this season ends?

There is no connection between offline toons and season dates: so YES.
(only exception was upgrading set items AFAIK)
Season RWs are available in offline mode.

bruh, he just told u that the runeword is available on offline. u dont need to wait until the season ends

The reason I’m asking is I found this:

Just made a test with heroedited toon offline: Worked fine.

Create an exact replica of any item using hero editor in D2LoD and save the file. Transfer the character file to your D2R database. Start the game in single player and voila, there it is. Now, how damned hard is that?
