Hustle armor limited

let be honest what 50% Slower Stamina Drain do on a level 39 character , this are so little for a diablo or baal run :roll_eyes: . same with 20% Faster Hit Recovery because the change too Faster Hit Recovery , these stats just have 0 impact and ruine the runeword for me compare to put def and protection (dr%) on a armor

They could add a lvl 10 Defiance aura maybe instead? With som ED. That would be a nice armor.

i`m old school , for me class identity is very important , if everyone share the skill from other class , what the point to have class ? a lot of class just lost identity now , now a sorc is a better bow zon vs the real bow zon :roll_eyes: , also this cause balance issue , and send so much more data too the server , causing poor server performace , why every class have the ability to buff other class ? and be the jack of all trade idk

In my opinion, I think Hustle is decent. It a little bit of all res (not much), has tons of frw, and it has 40ias which is plenty, and it has 6 to evade which maybe isn’t that big of a deal but it’s enough to make a difference in combat. What hustle could use is something like +20-30 to maximum damage instead of the stamina affix.

But we were never restricted to be unable to use class specific items, or items that was meant for other classes than what you currently have. Than O-skill should go away completley, item restrictions would come into play, like sorc can’t use bows, crossbows, and throwing weapons or something. And that would butcher what maked D2 itemisation so good.

diablo 2 just turn out to be something else these day that have nothing to do with the core gameplay of true d2 , he are not playing in the glory day of the game right now , back them you are allow to use the item you want but dont have all the class sharing skill , the day 1.10 realese is the day diablo 2 lost is balance and go banana , i have np a sorc use a bow or a great axe np but you have to also pay the stats requirement , sadly today so many stupid item just full of stats break the balance and class identity Annihilus Hellfire Torch every class now battle order and teleport and be jack of all trade , obviously this will be hard for you too understand if you never play the game in is glory day ,

Annihilus Hellfire Torch are so dump item for 4 slot in inventory that stack so much stats

my issue is the game have change with people having a lack of knowlege on the core gameplay of diablo 2 , making change that hurt the fundamental core gameplay and mechanic of diablo 2

i want they fix balance issue from the core mean the class skill or core mechanic
and not adding some stupid d3 type of item too fix the issue . i dislike the d3 philosophie, all this because the dev team dont have the ball to buff or nerf something broken from the class or core mechanic

Nobody in the entire ladder has even made Hustle armor on purpose.

Hustle armor needs an added 60% resist all or 300% damage to demons/undead, or 200% damage all, or 5% chance casts lvl 3 Burst of Speed on hit.

Cure + insight + hustle armor.
Max prayer aura for 3x regen! Rest into charge. You get massive life regen, high dmg, very fast charge, high ar, and critical strike.

I think that Ko rune is what makes it partially bad for otherwise excelent armor for its level. If Ko was replaced for Nightmare countess rune it would be best.

I gave my act 2 merc the hustle armor and thought it was pretty nice. But that’s my opinion.

The weapon is severely limited.

For barbs you either swap to 2x hustles and prebuff or it will never proc reliably unless you offhand it as a frenzy barb. The proc rate is too low and the bos buff is too short now and doesnt last 1 pit/countess run as someone on foot.

The armor is way better for frenzy barbs as well. The weapon needs a redesign. Either a higher BoS and proc rate or a higher level fanaticism.

This is a problem because the Ko rune. Ko rune is not early game enough for people to make this runeword. I didnt find a ko until after I beat hell in a group of 8 and by then i made a smoke.

Honestly, I think hustle is meant for other builds/circumstances. A chant sorc with act 5 barb merc comes to mind. Mld charger also comes to mind. Definately screams fire claw druid! Immagine being chased down vs a ss druid with 6 evade and max block, very diabolical!

Just a bummer that the old one made 2h barb viable this newer one is too limited to help barbs there now.

Ko is a lower mid rune

And go look up the drop rates for ko.

Ko has like a 1/3000 drop chance in nightmare. The forge is like 1/8. It’s like 1/30 something from hell countess.

The problem with hustle is it’s not a nightmare “midgame runeword.” It doesn’t actually solve the nightmare gap between melee and casters. Melee is still reliant on the awful and outdated black runeword.
